Service Offered
We provide digital design services, primarily focusing on UI/UX, visual identity, and design systems. All work is tailored to your project requirements.
Ownership of Deliverables
Once the project is completed and fully paid, you hold the full rights to the final designs. Swan Design Agency retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
3. Feedback & Rivisions
We offer unlimited revisions because your satisfaction is our priority. However, revisions must align with the original scope and cannot include entirely new features or sections not discussed earlier.
Communication
All communication will take place via your preferred method—Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, or Email—for smooth updates and feedback sharing.
Payments
For subscription-based projects, full payment is collected in advance at the start of the subscription cycle.
For milestone-based projects, payments will be made as per the agreed milestones or as discussed during onboarding.
Work will commence only after the initial payment is received. Delays in payment may lead to project pauses or extended timelines.
Timelines
We mutually decide on project timelines. Delays due to late feedback or content from the client side may affect overall delivery dates.

After full payment, all final design assets will be transferred to you. Swan Design Agency retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
All shared information remains confidential and will only be used to complete the work as per your request.
